- Stéphane Bout is a Senior Partner at McKinsey. He manages McKinsey's Tech & Digital practice in France, and QuantumBlack, its center of excellence in Artificial Intelligence. He also co-leads McKinsey’s Software Engineering Practice on a global scale. Leveraging 30 years of experience as Group CIO, System integrator and Strategy consultant, Stéphane supports large companies across all aspects of their technological, digital and AI transformation. This notably includes the definition of Digital, Tech and AI strategies with a value driven approach, the deployment of next gen delivery practices (agile, software engineering, cybersecurity, ML Ops, …) and the construction of cutting-edge AI solutions . Before becoming a Senior Partner at McKinsey, Stéphane was Group CIO at Casino and Altadis. He started his career at Accenture as Project Manager on large Tech delivery programs. Stéphane graduated from Ecole Centrale de Lyon.
