Furthermore, it is possible to adapt the chatbot messages based on the psychometric profile of the users thanks to PortrAIt.
PortrAIt is the psychometric profiling technology that allows you to predict people's behavior. It is the result of 12 years of research by MIT - Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The solution can be used independently or integrated into interactions with chatbots built with Crafter.ai, to detect the main personality traits of the interlocutor in real time, in terms of attitude, aptitudes, interests and predominant values, through the analysis of the function words used in conversation. PortrAIt's psychometric analysis allows you to adapt messages and communication style to each individual user and suggest the "next best action to take", in terms of customer care, marketing, sales or HR management.
