In this technical demonstration, we show how it is now possible to create real-time deepfakes using easy-to-use public software (e.g. DeepFaceLive). Participants would stand in front of a camera and act as pilots to puppeteer a celebrity by face-swapping. The audience would be able to see the real-time face swap on a large screen. In addition, we will explain our ongoing R&D activities (e.g. French National Collaborative Project DeTOX) to fight against the proliferation of deepfakes by designing optimal detectors.
